The book sale is always so fun to go to. I lost one of my favorite cookbooks during Ike that I brought from Arizona, but I found a perfect copy of that same cookbook at one of these used book sales a few years later. I was beyond happy!

FCBD was a blast at Lone Star Heroes! I can't wait to see what they do next year.

i walked by a drain at salidia and avenue q and was eaten alive..why not do all city drains, there full of water, dark, and just ideal breeding grounds, wise up...there not all on the west end.....

you know very little about coyotes....i lived in tucson,arizona for 17 years, and coyotes were everywhere, and it was very seldom are at all you heard of them attacking a dog....expecially a 20 lb chihuahua. the are more apt to eat rats,mouse,small cats, bugs, lizards, and the like.

the mustang grapes in galveston were done 2 weeks ago, your a bit late on when they get ripe....we started picking the 4th of july, and by the 28the they were drying up on the vine....

this is ridiculous....if you have a hurricane worst then ike are katrina, just give it up, you will not divert it, you will not change its flooding...did you not learn to not mess with mother nature.
spend the money on a stockpile of food and water and use it for a better evac plan, etc.…
