My blood type is O-. I donated literally gallons of blood until 2001. That is then the U.S. prohibited people who had lived in the U.K. or Europe in the 1980s from donating.

P.S.: I became eligible to vote in 1973. I have voted in every election since, except one where I had to leave town unexpectedly the night before. This was long before early voting, and absentee ballots had to be requested weeks in advance.

Let me make this clear: I HATED homework.

But my mother made me do it. I think she was as annoyed with making me do it as I was doing it.

However, years later, I realized that homework is an exercise in doing things on your own, not under the supervision of a teacher or parent.
