Krispy Kreme has three locations in Texas. Austin, San Marcus and Houston. Unless Tanger is bringing Krispy Kreme to a pad site. On or near Tanger Outlets Texas City. Or Mr Karam to a pad site in front of his building. Krispy Kreme franchising a location in Texas City seems farfetched.
