My issue is that a lot of the bicyclist act like everyone has to yield to them. I have had several incidents where I have almost hit one of them in my vehicle because they dart right out in front of me after they run through a stop sign.

IHOG, not understanding that things like kennel cough and mange can be easily treated and then the animals can be adopted out is really dumb.

Meanwhile sick dogs had to be euthanized at the city shelter because they didn't want to fund their treatment to get better, but hey at least the tree was safe.
