Texas City’s Kenyon Parker will compete in the boys 300-meter hurdles at the state track meet.

TEXAS CITY

A true workhorse of the Texas City Stings track and field team, sophomore Kenyon Parker will compete in what he feels is the strongest of his many events — the 300-meter hurdles — at this weekend’s UIL State Track and Field Championships in Austin.
