LEAGUE CITY — The Clear Falls Knights defeated the Brazoswood Bucs with the scores 25-11, 25-18, and 25-16.
Ashlynn Dunbar led kills with 11, followed by Briana Garcia with 10. Kayla Hayes had 13 assists, followed by Savanna Schaff with 11 assists. Madelyn St. Germain led in digs with 24.
Clear Falls (5-2 in District 24-6A) plays in Friendswood on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
Clear Brook 3, Friendswood 2
FRIENDSWOOD- The Friendswood Mustangs were defeated by the Clear Brook Wolverines with the scores 25-21, 20-25, 23-25, 25-17 and 10-15.
Kelly Colwell had 28 kills. Shannon Murphy had 20 kills. Olivia Sykes had 26 digs. Sarah Thomas had 51 assists.
Friendswood (3-4 in District 24-6A) plays a home game on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. against Clear Falls.
Ball High 3, Fort Bend Elkins 1
GALVESTON — The Ball High Lady Tors defeated the Elkins Knights with the scores 25-15, 19-25, 25-16 and 27-25.
Taylor Termini led with 17 kills, and Skylar Simon added nine kills along with six aces. Gillian Nelsen had 36 assists. Courtney Mack and Courtney Simon each had 19 digs. Katrina Caszatt had 16 digs.
Ball High (4-3 in District 23-5A) plays a home game on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. against Fort Bend Marshall.
Santa Fe 3, Fort Bend Willowridge 0
HOUSTON- The Santa Fe Indians defeated the Willowridge Eagles with the scores 25-13, 25-6 and 25-16.
Keegan Nelms dominated the kills with 22 and led in digs with Kylie Verm with three each. Verm added nine kills. Cayla Hockenbury aided the Indians with 27 assists.
Santa Fe (7-0 in District 23-5A) plays in Texas City on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
Texas City 3, Fort Bend Marshall 0
TEXAS CITY — The Texas City Stings defeated the Fort Bend Marshall Buffaloes with the scores 25-21, 25-11 and 25-18.
Treslyn Ortiz had 13 kills and 17 digs. Mya McMillian had 11 kills. Kelsey Thomas had nine kills. Kendal King had 40 assists. Allison Jennings had 12 digs.
Texas City (4-3 in District 23-5A) plays a home game Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. against Santa Fe.
