One my way home Saturday, I chatted with Brian Castille just to make sure that he saw the picture of him and his son in this weekend's paper. Castille replied with an affirmative yes.

Then he said, "We did have pecan crusted trout for dinner after catching those fish." I shared the recipe that his wife Sara sent into the column a day or two prior to them fishing.

I saw that spraying of small fish in Clear Lake the other evening. I'd never seen it before. They covered an area of at least an acre, boiling the water and erupting out a few dozen at a time.
