Hey David. I'm 61. 1/2 years old. I am a retired nurse and used to go to 24 hour fitness here in Galveston 3x a week until the virus struck. Now I'm scared to set foot in there. So, my problem is, I'm getting a gut. I know that it comes with age but I hate it. Used to do sit ups and leg lifts. Help!
