Roger Federer is my tennis idol. He was my favorite player growing up when I played tennis, and he is still my favorite player tennis player to this day. While it may seem Federer’s right knee surgery is a sign his career is coming to an end for a tennis player, it is actually doing the opposite.

I know Federer is 38 years old and is closer to retirement than I prefer, but this surgery on his right knee is a good idea. He has shown he still has plenty left in his tank.
