Two weeks ago, I tried to foresee what tennis fans could expect as far as late matchups for men’s and women’s singles in the Australian Open. Afterward, I gave my Grand Slam picks.

My No. 2 picks in my men's singles and women's singles predictions actually ended up claiming the tour’s first Grand Slam. Novak Djokovic and Naomi Osaka won the final round in convincing fashion as well. “The Joker” won 7-5, 6-2, 6-2, and Osaka won 6-4, 6-3.
