The 2021 MLB season came to an end Nov. 2 when the Atlanta Braves defeated the Houston Astros 7-0 to win Game 6 to win the World Series 4-2. While the loss was extremely disappointing for the Astros, they still have plenty to hold their heads up high.

First of all, the Astros record improved tremendously from the shortened 2020-pandemic season to a full 2021 season. They went from 29-31 to 95-67. Manager Dusty Baker went from substitute teacher to full-time and respected manager.
