Seve Ballesteros developed his skills in the sands of Santander Beach in Spain. Nobody watched, let alone applauded. The legendary Spaniard cared not; all that mattered was that he was doing what others were not doing so that later he could do what they could not.

He won 90 tournaments worldwide including five majors; sadly, he was too soon taken by brain cancer. He would have had his 62nd birthday earlier this month.
