In his still young career, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Pat Mahomes has performed many amazing feats on the football field — making highlight-reel plays and racking up staggering numbers. But, in Super Bowl LIV on Sunday, he showed a true champion’s aura in a game where he was not at his best.

Mahomes threw two interceptions (the first two he’s thrown in his postseason career), was inaccurate on some of his other throws, and his team trailed by 10 points midway through the fourth quarter of the big game.

Happy for Coach Reid and the whole team. Football is a team sport, and a strong Defense played a huge part in the win! Catching those long passes was pretty great, too! Kudos to all of the Kansas City Chiefs who made it happen!

49ers were very talented, too! Next year!
