Two weeks ago when the Houston Texans fell to 0-2 on the young 2020 season, this column urged their fans to reserve judgement until they played teams not named the Kansas City Chiefs or Baltimore Ravens.

Now, after falling to 0-4 for the first time since the 2008 season in a 31-23 defeat Sunday at NRG Stadium against the previously winless Minnesota Vikings, there’s little reason to believe this team is capable of delivering fans a quality season in 2020.
