In response to state Rep. Randy Weber’s guest column (“Dems conducting impeachment in search of a crime,” The Daily News, Nov. 15, 2019), let’s be clear: From day one, I did not think Trump was suited to be a good president.

He didn’t have a good enough vocabulary, character or substance, and would not divulge his tax records. He also dodged the draft, declared corporate bankruptcy several times and was mean spirited toward women and the military community.

What person would state that he could kill someone and would still be elected? I thought he would become a better person as he learned to become our president. His power went to his head. He is worse than I ever imagined.

Now he is trampling on our Constitution, but what gets me is this thug-like president is bullying the Republicans that should know better. His fabricated speeches are full of lies, self-interest, ego, hatred and contain misleading information to create confusion. Trump’s rhetoric has given steam to the white supremacists and gun-toting home-grown terrorists.

Trump lives his life to make money, win at all costs and at other people’s expense. How many close allies are in prison, and more to go because of this president? How many are not getting reelected because of Trump?

No one should be above the law. Let the House of Representatives do their work of investigating the situation as the law requires. They are finally doing their jobs. The president’s men need to stop blocking the witnesses from coming forward, it is all so telling.

When the Republicans had the Senate and the House for a year why was immigration not solved, or reinvesting in Americas failing infrastructure, our roads, rails, waterways and airports? The administration separated children and babies from their mothers, what a disgrace!

If Trump loves our country why is he growing the deficit, is refusing to believe in global warming, not listening to or respecting our CIA and believes Russia’s Putin instead?

I believe the intelligent American people are not fooled by this administrations’ obfuscating rhetoric and all the bashing of the national media that do their fact checking. The truth is coming out. If the Senate enablers of this corrupt president don’t do their jobs to honor our Constitution, what else is he going to do without recourse?

Shame on them and I hope that they are all voted out of office. Our kids and our society deserve better. I think any person in public service should care about corruption in government especially in ours.

Ms. Garcia is perfectly entitled to her opinion, and where else in the world can you get on you local newspaper forum and trash the most powerful leader in the world. Democracy is beautiful! It has a special taste to those who laid it all on the line to preserve it though. So I must say that it thrills me to see All parts of our Democracy working for everybody. Lastly, I will note that I use to think EXACTLY, like the author of this Op-ed during all those years when I was a Democrat. So what was said here does not surprise me in the least, and I'd be less than an ingrate if I launched a barrage of criticism against this author when my mental disposition on politics years ago was nothing short of what I've read here. I can only hope that somehow, she learns what I have learned, and what many other minorities are learning everyday, judging by the national polls, and the fear by the LIBERALS, of hords of minority voters supporting Trump in this next election!

Wayne Holt

There is a lot to dislike about the way the president conducts himself, no doubt. With that said, anyone who knows what has been going on in a US intelligence community that was effectively compromised by pro-Clinton/anti-Trump animus by this point is PRAYING for impeachment because when it goes to the Republican held Senate it is going to be a whole new world from what we've seen Chairman Schiff preside over.

You may have seen Trump's comment on how he welcomed a long impeachment trial. Clue to Democrats: that should be enough to tell you they are going to grill every figure with connections to this story, and that includes the Bidens. All the witnesses that have been denied by the chairman going all the way back to the key Obama players that were involved in this are going to be fair game.

What people have heard so far is the repetition ad nauseum of hearsay; that is it. Every key witness up to and including star witness Ambassador Sondland have been given the chance to tell the world what they themselves saw or heard that would rise to the president inciting Ukraine to investigate a political rival. Crickets. Nothing. Not one person has gone on record as offering more than their impressions, their perceptions, what someone told them. Only in Emile Pope's world would that rise to prosecutable wrongdoing.

It would not surprise me in the least if there is a strong push on the part of those Democrats in the House who haven't lost their mind to avoid handing up impeachment charges but instead vote for censure. That would thwart the Republicans from being able to air every bit of dirty laundry the Democrats and their allies have to account for...and they have a hamper full. So by all means, please impeach the president. I have my popcorn and comfy chair waiting for that circus to hit town.

Great reply Mr. Holt. E G Wiley

Gary Scoggin

Gee. If only those with first hand knowledge were allowed to testify. Under oath.

Carlos Ponce

Yes, like Eric Ciaramella, Alexandra Chalupa, Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, Adam Schiff. Doubtful Democrats are stupid enough to vote for impeachment but these would be among the first called by a Republican Senate. Trump is open to a trial because with impeachment Democrats provide the rope to hang themselves.

Gary, like Mr. PONCE has indicated many times before, the Republicans use to go into a fight...with preconceived ideas of being the weak, principled WIMP who couldn't take a punch! In doing so, they got their heads WHUPPED, their confidence SHOOK, and their pocketbooks TOOK!!! However ..when that BADDDDDD MANNNNNN, stepped into the White House, the worm has turned, and the LEFT do not like it not one bit! Lastly, what is that saying the DEEP STATE, shouts to their base? Viva La Resistance!!!!! We have to keep the process clean for NIKKI HALEY, in 2024![innocent]

Emile Pope

What a bunch of made up garbage. People who have made up their mind to support this crook regardless of what he does don't deserve comment. Guess ordering your staff to refuse subpoenas and supply lawfully required information because it might incriminate them is a crime unless the person doing it is a republican. Such sickening hypocrisy is nauseating...

Carlos Ponce

Keep posting, Emile! Your posts are amusing.

Bailey Jones

"What people have heard so far is the repetition ad nauseum of hearsay; that is it." No, Wayne, that is not it. There is a lot of hearsay - that's the nature of an investigation - what did you see, what did you hear - but here is also plenty of first hand info. People have testified under oath about their direct communications with Trump, with Giuliani, with Zelensky, with various other US and Ukrainian officials, and of course between and among themselves. So, please stop using the "it's only hearsay" defense, because it's more than that.

But, setting all of that aside, let's talk about one incident that requires no hearsay evidence, because it was done in plain sight. That's the slander of our Ambassador, Marie Yovanovitch. This was an orchestrated smear campaign carried out by disgraced (and indicted) Ukrainians and the soon to be disgraced (and indicted) personal attorney of the president, in full view, in the press and on Fox "News". To date there has been no evidence presented that justifies this abuse. The evidence presented by Trump that "people were saying" she was disloyal is just hearsay - which you obviously discount. The only real evidence is her sworn testimony that she never said anything against Trump (or any president) and the sworn testimony of the people that know and work with her that she is a consummate professional who has never said anything against about Trump. This kind of public smear campaign - designed to destroy a public servant - is unprecedented in our nation's history - but happens over and over again with Trump.

Yet some people in this forum continue to defend this slander, being intellectually and emotionally incapable of finding ANY fault with their president. So, I'm asking you - is this OK? Is this what you want in a president?

Carlos Ponce

"that's the nature of an investigation" And unless there is corroborating eyewitness evidence it is dismissed.

Carlos Ponce

It is not an accused responsibility to prove innocence. It is up to the accusers to prove guilt - something which has not occurred here.

Wayne Holt

Yet some people in this forum continue to defend this slander, being intellectually and emotionally incapable of finding ANY fault with their president. So, I'm asking you - is this OK? Is this what you want in a president?

My first sentence: "There is a lot to dislike about the way the president conducts himself, no doubt." With that set aside, we are talking about the impeachment of a president for high crimes and misdemeanors. There is a non-stop effort at mission creep to let the president's many exaggerations, misdirections and false statements immaterial to this inquiry become some kind of a kitchen sink condemnation. Bailey, I'll ask you a question: we know that some corrupt police or prosecutors will railroad a suspect who they have no evidence of guilt of for a particular crime but they just KNOW he is a bad guy. Meet the president.

We can do tit for tat accusations of Trump's smearing which I will answer with Hillary's smearing of women who Bill Clinton raped. You say the people around him misdirected and I can direct you to the video clip of a key Obamacare architect saying openly they lied to Americans to get it passed. But the problem is, what he said, what he did, simply isn't going to pass muster as a high crime. It never would have gone this far except for the Democrat penchant for political assassination a la Justice Kavanaugh and their tin ear for what works for most voters.

What I find fascinating about all this is that the president pressing for an investigation of Biden's involvement in corruption as a quid pro quo for aid completely ignores the fact that he didn't say rig an investigation, didn't say fake an investigation (like Russiagate), didn't say do me a solid and find something on these guys. He asked for an investigation into reported corruption involving a vice-president of the United States. That doesn't bother you? The fact he asked for an investigation is more important than corruption that two Ukrainian prosecutors (so-far) have detailed as truthful? And it wasn't just about that, he asked about information on the investigation of the server that Crowdstrike was allowed to withhold from the FBI for forensic analysis. Who gets to tell the FBI what they can see in an investigation?

There is plenty to dislike about the entire cast of characters in Washington. But the stench of hypocrisy is something that will not be forgotten. If President Trump deserves to be impeached for asking for a corruption investigation, people like the Bidens and Clintons should have been drawn and quartered for their self-enrichment during their "public service".

Gary Scoggin

If CrowdStrike is such a nefarious outfit why do they have so many customers, including 44 of the Fortune 100 and the RNC? With that volume of high class customers and such a high reputation do you really think they would yank a compromised server and ship it to Ukraine?

Carlos Ponce

The RNC does not use Crowdstrike. However, the RNCC (National Republican Congressional Committee) did spend $40,000 on Crowdstrike, $120,000 in 2017 for computer support. They're not the same organization. The decision to use Crowdstrike was ill advised considering the organization could not prevent the hacking of RNCC officials' (House members) email.

Gary Scoggin

Was that Crowdstrike’s fault or poor security practices by the users. The best computer security in the world can’t overcome bad security practices. But that would imply that Republicans are capable of mistakes. Worse yet, admitting Crowdstrike is a top notch firm would undermine the Hannity-Trump false narrative. And we can’t let that happen.

Mike Zeller

In just a few weeks, President Trump will always be known as 45-3. In every history book, and every history class, he will always be known as the 45th President and the 3rd to ever be Impeached, and there is nothing he or anyone else can do, to change history. Will he be the 45th-3rd-1st?

Wayne Holt

The president has already had a first: he is the first president to my knowledge who has undergone an impeachment that is based on no direct evidence. No evidence was presented of bribes, corruption, treason, egregious abuse of power that was not allowed by extent law, nada.

His "crime" was inquiring about the status of a corruption investigation based on a 20 year-old Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty designed to do just that: investigate corruption. It just so happened it was based on potential corruption within the previous White House.

If Mr. Zeller and others with this extreme viewpoint prevail, it will mean that the surest way to benefit from TRUE high crimes and misdemeanors would be wring out the dough to the fullest extent while in office, then run again. Because according to the Democrat ethos here, it is forbidden to bring to light any wrongdoing if it involves your political opposition. Neat, huh? A Get Out of Jail Free card, and all you have to do is be corrupt and then run for office. Sounds like most of Washington would love that.

Emile Pope

Simply made up. What you write has absolute no basis in fact. Donald held up aid already voted on by congress and made it's release contingent on the Ukraine opening up and publicizing an investigation on his political rival. Those are facts and your statements are not...

Carlos Ponce

Section 116 of the Foreign Assistance Act

Human rights. (A) No assistance may be provided under this part to the government of any country which engages in a consistent pattern of gross violations of internationally recognized human rights, including torture or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, prolonged detention without charges, or other flagrant denial of the right to life, liberty, and the security of person, unless such assistance will directly benefit the needy people in such country.

https://history.state.gov/historicaldocuments/frus1977-80v02/d91

The Ukraine has a history of this, therefore funds were withheld pending verification that corruption was under control or stopped

Bailey Jones

That's a nice, succinct statement of the charges, Emile. People can argue whether or not the evidence supports it, but at least let's get the accusation right.

Gary Scoggin

Carlos, if you are correct that is the reason fit holding up aid, then OMB and State were to have produced a document laying out their conclusion and the basis for it. Why hasn’t such a document been released? It seems as if such a document would make the whole issue go away. It would be in the President’s interests to show it to us.

Carlos Ponce

Patience, Gary Scoggin.

Gary Scoggin

Carlos. In other words you don’t know. You can just say that. We won’t think less of you for it.

Carlos Ponce

Democrats keep jumping from accusation to accusation so it really hasn't come up except when Office of Management and Budget (OMB) official Mark Sandy testified the only reason he was told that aid was temporarily frozen was because of other countries not contributing more to Ukraine. "I recall in early September an email that attributed the hold to the President’s concern about other countries not contributing more to Ukraine." The question of legality did not come up with the OMB. The documents you mention were subpoenaed but OMB director Russell Vought stated he would not comply. To make it short - this is a non-issue.

No direct evidence? Hearing his voice on the phone IS first-hand evidence. Trump has a distinctive voice and tone. Lt. Col. Vindman, a patriot with a Purple Heart, was in on the call. Several people heard Trump’s voice when Mr. Sondland held the phone away from his head. Sounds like direct evidence to me. “I would like a favor, though...”

Carlos Ponce

And what did Vindman hear Paula? Anything ILLEGAL? No. He had a disagreement with his Commander in Chief. And he was offered command of the Ukrainian armed forces. Hmm....... And he informed two people NOT ON THE CALL , Not on the National Security Council, about his concerns. That's against the law, Paula. One of the people is speculated to be Eric Ciaramella. Many military active duty and retired have voiced a concern about Vindman's actions and testimony and say he should be up for an Article 32 hearing.

"Several people heard Trump’s voice when Mr. Sondland held the phone away from his head." Chris Cuomo tried to prove it was possible to hear but FAILED miserably.

Carlos Ponce

"What person would state that he could kill someone and would still be elected?" Yes, Ophelia he said that but you assume that he would kill someone without proper provocation. What if he killed an armed bad guy trying to rape a young child, or a bomb wielding felon? Now he said that off the cuff while as a candidate with Secret Service protection so you knew that the scenario would never happen. But Ophelia has to assume the worse.[rolleyes]

Gary Scoggin

Carlos, that wasn’t the intent of his famous comment and you know it. With all the gymnastics you do to defend this guy I just hope you have a good chiropractor.

Carlos Ponce

"that wasn’t the intent of his famous comment" Oh, Gary Scoggins reads minds? In Geometry we taught students to consider all possibilities in proving theorems. Seems that Gary Scoggin's perspective is very narrow.[rolleyes]

Gary Scoggin

Don’t hurt your back with all that stretching. If, as you say, you consider all the possibilities does that mean you consider what I implied to possibly be true? Or do you read minds, too?

Carlos Ponce

"does that mean you consider what I implied to possibly be true" You posted it, so apparently you think so. As for me, I know it was just a joke - a concept far beyond the mental capabilities of Trump haters.[innocent]

Carlos Ponce

Gary Scoggin, you must be in great shape for a man your age with all the stretching you do.

Carlos Ponce

"The administration separated children and babies from their mothers, what a disgrace!"

There were three scenarios where "separation" occurred according Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen (Trump) and Jeh Johnson (Obama):

When an adult brings a child across the border and that adult has no familial relationship to that child. Child trafficking is suspected.

When the adult is a revealed felon. This separation happens all the time in this country even with native born.

When the adult endangers the child.

Also under the Flores decision dating back decades there was separation. The decision was instituted by the Ninth Circuit Court.

Paula Flinn

Before this disorganized Trump Administration they didn’t separate children from their parents permanently, losing many of them in the system. They reunited them and let them in as asylum seekers or deported them as a family. Only Trump’s Administration separated children permanently from their parents, forcing toddlers to go to court alone, flying them to different states, and ultimately losing them in the system. How horrible for those families! Trump has taken the “thanks” out of Thanksgiving for many people fleeing violence and death. How can those parents who were separated from their children be thankful? Nothing can replace their lost child.

Charles Douglas

Let me go on record today as saying I can only wish that we could give the millions of "murdered babies" because of abortion in this country had the same privledgies, and opportunities, to live and be sent to court alone, as the ones Ms Flinn is complaining about. Who on the LEFT is sticking up for them? When Jesus said, "Suffer the little ones to come onto me.." he was referring to maturity in the CHURCH, so he could help them like he helped any others. What is that saying I'm known for blurting out? Oh! Your Honor,

Charles Douglas

Paula Flinn

Switching from immigration to abortion is the way Republicans deflect and justify everything immoral that they do. “Look at the terrible Democrats who believe in a woman’s right to choose what she does with her body for the next nine months.” Yet some choose to support a president, Trump, who went to sex parties where young girls, minors, were there to pleasure them, at the home of Jeffery Epstein. No one made those decisions for him to take his body to those parties. He made those decisions for himself. Women are tired of groups of men telling them what they can or cannot do with their bodies concerning their choice of whether to bring another child in the world, or not. If they are poor, they may realize that they will have a hard time supporting another child. There could also be a severe medical problem for the mother or the child or both. I, personally, am against abortion, but I realize that I am not in the difficult position to make those decisions for other women. And you should not sit in judgement of them. Most women think that the decision to give birth should be between the woman, her doctor, and her God, if she believes in God. I don’t use the abortion issue as a guide to who I vote for. I don’t think this issue should be politicized. Republican women get abortions, too.

My husband and I adopted 2 children, and so were naturally against abortion. That issue has nothing to do with the illegal immigration or legal asylum program at the border. The life of a child taken from his parents at the border is already a messed up life. You should worry more about the children that are here, than the ones you insist on other people bringing into the world. Just my honest opinion.

Carlos Ponce

"Trump, who went to sex parties where young girls, minors, were there to pleasure them, at the home of Jeffery Epstein." That's a baseless accusation. Trump threw out Epstein from Mar-a -Lago because of his abuse of a young woman. Trump never went to Epstein's Caribbean Island.

And if you can condone the murder of over 65,000,000 babies may heaven help you.

Carlos Ponce

Paula posts "I, personally, am against abortion, but I realize that I am not in the difficult position to make those decisions for other women."

Sounds similar to the "I, personally, am against slavery, but I realize that I am not in the position to make those decisions for others" statement we heard in pre-Civil War America.

Carlos Ponce

Paula, you got the name wrong - Yet some chose to support a president, BILL CLINTON, who went to sex parties where young girls, minors, were there to pleasure them, at the home of Jeffery Epstein. Now, that's a proven fact.

"An investigation into official flight records of financier and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's 'Lolita Express' are once again dragging former President Bill Clinton into the national spotlight."

https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/may/14/bill-clinton-ditched-secret-service-on-multiple-lo/

Paula Flinn

Abortion is legal. I’m not asked to “condone” it for others. I, in fact, stated that I was against it. As a practicing Catholic, I am against it. But many other women in this country, some of both political parties, “condone” it. They would like to keep abortion safe and legal. So your argument is not with me.

Carlos Ponce

"Before this disorganized Trump Administration they didn’t separate children from their parents permanently, losing many of them in the system. "

They did not get lost in the system. The parents told the US Government "You can keep them."

Paula Flinn

They absolutely were “lost” in the system. Few parents would willingly give up their children at the border with the expectation of never seeing them again.

Carlos Ponce

"Few parents would willingly give up their children at the border with the expectation of never seeing them again." They gave them up hoping that later they would be reunited following the Democrats' amnesty proposal.

Maris Helfrich

You go, Girl! Could have written this myself, but Ms. Garcia expressed these views eloquently! The GOP Trump enablers (Reps. & Senators) are failing miserably in their duty, taking our tax dollars for their salaries and NOT supporting the Constitution. They are turning our Democracy into a Monarchy with a corrupt regent. Our former Texas Governor sees him as an Old Testament "King"! How ridiculous can you get!? Mr. Perry, please go on to the New Testament and see what Jesus would say about this charlatan as he criticized the "scribes and pharisees" (the ruling class) for their pride, vanity, hypocrisy and neglect of the poor and disadvantaged! Guess we are still in "Old Testament" times, theology, and ethics.... according to Perry! God help us!

Kimberley Jones Yancy

Why are Christians supporting a man that clearly violates our standards on a national stage? He is definitely not making Christianity look attractive. No wonder while millennials are leaving the evangelistic and Christian churches in droves in America. The outright hypocrisy is revealing the true motives ....it has nothing to do with the Cross of Jesus but everything about Power.

Carlos Ponce

"a man that clearly violates our standards on a national stage?"

He's not. You're just accepting false narratives as true. Do you have gravy with your daily meal of propaganda?

Charles Douglas

Now, let me think,....Don't disturb me...just let me think!! Hmmmm, do the Democrats support ABORTION? Your Honor, the defense rests!!

Dalton Logan

Ms. Yancy, are you a Christian that supports abortion, even abortion up till the point of birth?

Don Schlessinger

The Romans didn't like Christians either. Don't worry about it.

Ray Taft

Democrats love to pontificate as they lie and obstruct. They don’t like what President Trump has done for America because it makes them look like the clowns that they are.

Democrats are the party of obstruction. Despite Democrats, President Trump has cut taxes, unleashed the best economy ever, ended high unemployment for all Americans, facilitated an increase in wages for all Americans, rolled back red tape, unleashed American energy, strengthened our military, fought the deep state, fought to secure our border, fought for free and fair trade and negotiated the largest trade deal in American history. President Trump went to Washington and actually did the things he promised to do. Unlike the do nothing Democrats who do nothing for America.

President Trump did the things Democrats said could never happen. President Trump made America Great Again. President Trump put America first; not politics like the Democrats do. And if it’s good for America, it’s bad for Democrats.

Unlike so many Democrats, President Trump did not need to go to Washington to get rich. He already was rich. And he donates his entire presidential salary to various programs and agencies.

President Trump did things that Democrats said could never be done. And they hate him for it.

Democrats are notorious for falsely accusing others of the crimes they themselves have committed. Soon and very soon the Democrats’ many crimes will be revealed.

The fake news media is in bed with Democrats; it’s the propaganda wing of the Democrats. Most Americans have common sense, and those sensible people see the truth despite all the crazy antics of the Democrats and the fake news media.

Haters, like those crazy Democrats, have to continue to hate no matter how crazy they become. It’s all they have. Vote Democrats out of office everywhere for a better America. And vote Trump2020 to Keep America Great.

Charles Douglas

Mr. Taft, this was not a good post! This was a GREAT post! Well stated sir!!! My sentiments exactly! You knocked it out of the park!!!

Gary Miller

Ray> You left out nothing important. I think Democrats have become the party of the "big lie" because truth can't be edited to suit the editor. The truth Progressives call lies are promises Trump kept. Progressive obstruction has slowed progress on the promises Trump is still trying to keep. Real crimes soon to be revealed? Yes> But will elected liberals in office and media allow proper punishment to be handed out?

Dalton Logan

Thank you Mr. Taft, spot on.

Jarvis Buckley

Just another liberal article.

My dad was a die hard Democrat born in 1915.

My dad if still alive would be so disappointed in what the Democratic Party has become.

Andy Aycoth

lol. My dad (b. 1928) was a Republican in the 60s, but died a Democrat in 2011. He would say, "I didn't leave the Republican Party, it left me." At least we can be thankful that they had the freedom to make those choices.

Dan Freeman

GOP = Government of Putin. No wonder they are Soviet Red.

Carlos Ponce

The colors Red and Blue were assigned by news media outlets. Initially some had Republicans as blue and Democrats as red (as in 1980 NBC) but that varied from media to media leading to confusion. So they settled on red for Republicans perhaps because both begin with "re".

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2016/11/08/red-vs-blue-a-brief-history-of-how-we-use-political-colors/

https://www.vox.com/2016/9/15/12926618/why-red-means-republican-and-blue-means-democrat

As for Putin, he said he likes Socialism.

https://www.newsweek.com/russias-putin-says-he-always-liked-communist-socialist-ideas-419289

So in terms of political ideology he is closer to the Democrat Socialists of this country.

Jim Forsythe

The color red and blue came from major broadcast networks . “For years, both parties would do red and blue maps, but they always made the other guys red,” because “During the Cold War, who wanted to be red?”

Traditionally the party had no consistent color identity. Af ter the 2000 election, the color red became associated with Republicans. During and after the election, the major broadcast networks used the same color scheme for the electoral map: states won by Republican nominee George W. Bush were colored red and states won by Democratic nominee Al Gore were colored blue.

Dan Freeman

Mr. Ponce, you should have cited the entire article where Mr. Putin (GoP) compared “…the Soviet code of conduct to the Bible.”

While he blamed Lenin for the collapse of the USSR, he claims to still be a Party member. He went on to remind his audience that “I worked for almost 20 years for an organization called the Committee for State Security." This is explains his deftness at disinformation that has been repeated by our GoP in claiming the Ukraine engaged in an attack on the 2016 election.

Mueller did obtain indictments against 13 Russian intelligence officers and 13 Russian civilians. His investigation also resulted in the conviction of 9 members of Trump’s campaign or administration.

AG Barr has still failed to indict a single Obama administration member or a single Ukrainian.

Carlos Ponce

Putin still said he likes Socialism, just like members of today's Democrat party.

Gary Scoggin

I think the flavor he likes is a bit different than those on the leftmost side of the Democrats.

Carlos Ponce

"some" of the Democrats.
