It’s going to be interesting to see how Texas responds to a report by federal court monitors examining a system that a federal judge has called dangerous to children.

The monitors sent a 363-page report this week to U.S. District Judge Janis Jack, who told the state to clean up its foster care system.

This is sickening, putting children in the hands of known abusers and the use of restraints has got to be stopped and the state of Texas is responsible and must be held accountable.
