Warren D Wilder

TEXAS CITY — Warren D. Wilder, 68, of Texas City passed away Friday, September 3, 2021. He was born to Paul and Delores (Gill) Wilder in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Warren served as an Aviation Ordnanceman for the US Navy aboard the USS Hancock during Vietnam. In his later years, he worked as a contractor in various refineries worldwide including Saudi Arabia, Iraq, India, Egypt, South Africa, Australia, and various domestic locations in the US. He was honored to a member of the Texas City Masonic Lodge where he served in many positions including the highest office, Worshipful Master, a position he took very seriously. In his personal time, he volunteered on the El Mina Shriners transportation team.
