Isabel Maria Wright was born in Puerto Rico October 24, 1919. She passed away in the Woodlands October 30, 2017.

She grew up in her beloved San Juan, where her father was the lighthouse keeper at the El Moro Castle. She made her home in Galveston for many years, volunteered at Libbie’s Place when she was in her 80s, loved her family and her God.

She is preceded in death by her husband Harvey Wright; sisters Patria Perez, Christy Landron, Gladys Williams, Blanca Stafford, Olga Zavala, and brothers Henry and Joe Perez.

She is survived by son Harvey Wright and wife JoAnn; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
