A man with a gun robbed a Santa Fe convenience store Tuesday evening, police said.

The robbery happened at 6:54 p.m. at a store in the 17700 block of state Highway 6 in Santa Fe.

A witness told police a man wearing a mask entered the store, displayed a handgun and demanded all the money from the cash register. The clerk complied, and the man ran out of the store.

He left in a maroon passenger car, which traveled east on Park Street.

There were no injuries.

The Santa Fe police asks anyone with information to call the department at 409-925-2000.
