Kinder Morgan concerns

The Kinder Morgan plant is seen from the end of Avenue V in Santa Fe on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2020. Residents are worried about the long-term effects of the plant while also feeling irritated by its noise and smell.

SANTA FE

People living near a natural gas processing plant, along with a county commissioner representing the area, are unhappy with the response their complaints about noise and air pollution drew from the facility’s owner.

I drove by it this morning on my way to HEB. No evidence of noise or air pollution this morning nor the several dozen times I've driven past it since the "problem" was reported - and my car window was open.

Agree with Carlos. I have driven and parked by this small plant numerous times and found it quiet without any smelly odor. Such plants have quietly existed throughout Galveston County for many decades and are in the best interest of our local and the nation's economy and benefit the public's employment (yes this area depends on the energy sector a LOT for good paying jobs/careers ). Kinder Morgan has bent over backwards to accommodate all the alleged issues.
