Riley Ann Sawyers was 2 years old in July 2007. She was "disciplined" with a belt

in another county according to a confession, and when she died, was wrapped in trash bags, placed in a plastic container and subsequently dumped in the waters of Galveston County. That mother plead Guilty to Tampering.

They should be charged with 2nd degree murder and given the maximum sentence. This is just sick and neither of them deserve to walk free again. I'd actually like to see an eye for an eye justice in this kind of cases. Sweet, helpless little child MURDERED! Beat their sick asses with a belt until they lose consciousness.
