The public intoxication, nudity and lewd behavior is exactly what city council pays Mike Dean to provide for Mardi Gras. It's a double standard. Large unruly parties can't be a mixed message where it's ok sometimes if you control council votes.

The city's Barnett said city won't tolerate blocking roads, neighborhoods or businesses. The city council members are about to vote for blocking roads, neighborhoods and businesses for lewdness and intoxication by paying for Yaga's intoxication event. The mayor and council should get the courage to step up and realize how hypocritical the city looks. Big loud and lawless events should be ended, all of them.
