In my opinion the biggest case of litter & trash in yards , unkept houses is lack of pride, laziness, and in general a non-caring attitude about your neighbors around you.

I am amazed the the city has to hire grown men & women to tell other grown men & women to keep their yards mowed & trash cleaned up.

Momma didn’t teach their babies to clean their room. How embarrassing.

Jarvis, you are correct. Adults shouldn't have to tell other adults to clean up their property. However, the reality is that there are "adults" who are well, just trashy and need to be told what to do.

I find it very interesting you write about our former President there are 50-75 comments .

You talk about cleaning your city up , removing

litter & trash as well as demolition of abandoned of decayed buildings almost no response. It’s almost as if folks don’t mind living in filth & decay.
