Sandpiper Cove is an abomination and should be closed. Just try going to a decent community and telling them you want to build a housing complex that will generate a few thousand police calls per year. It's a plantation for poor folks. Set them free to go places where they may hope to find such decent work as they are able to do.

Perhaps the residents should consider getting a JOB and paying for their own housing. My god what do they expect?

They should never rebuild public housing! It ok to turn old complexes into public housing! I have worked everyday since I was 13 years old!!! If I can do it, they can to!
