The city has done a great job on 27th. This will give us a nice walking path all the way from Broadway to the beach, past the stadium, Kempner Park and Menard Park. [thumbup][thumbup]

I thoroughly support the idea of crosswalks on the Seawall. I would, however, ask the City to consider some level of continuity and similarity in the design and implementation. For example, if every crosswalk had a bright yellow planter box in the median with palm trees. Or the same traffic light infrastructure. Just something that would help drivers consistently understand they are coming up to a crosswalk. Planter boxes at one, lights at another, painted crossing stripes at a third - all this would do is add to the confusion and chaos that is Seawall Boulevard on a summer day.
