Mar’Nijah Williams Brown, 6, whose death is at the center of an injury to a child trial, is in a category of only 5 percent of all cases that come before the Galveston County Medical Examiner’s Office because investigators can’t determine a cause of death, Medical Examiner Erin Barnhart testified Wednesday.

Where is the outrage ? "The medical examiner’s ruling is why Brown was ultimately charged with injury to a child, instead of capital murder....

Williams had 25 separate scars, including two that likely should have required stitches,......

The autopsy report did note bruising and abrasions on Mar’Nijah’s face were not consistent with lifesaving techniques,

someone might have broken ribs or injuries to the mouth or teeth because of poorly performed CPR,

but she wouldn’t expect to see black eyes from it....... she heard spanking and screaming coming from David Brown’s bedroom,

according to the affidavit. She said there were about 10 strikes, according to the affidavit.

David Brown was at the scene when police arrived and told officers Williams had been in a fight at school, and he had counseled the child when he got home

but had not disciplined him, according to an affidavit. "

Black Lives Matter. Where is the outrage for the decriminalization of Brown's activity because

“It’s very unusual for us to rule a death as undetermined,” Barnhart said. “We are usually able to figure out a cause of death

when someone dies.” Who speaks for this deceased first grader ? Where is the outrage ?

This is an outrage! Clearly someone is responsible for this child's death and it sounds to me like it's David Jerome Brown. Justice for this poor child! Justice!
