I'm no civil engineer, and I hope I'm wrong - but, I sure don't see how that little bypass can move enough traffic to alleviate the horrible conditions there. I agree that an overpass would have been much, much better. However, they studied this problem for years so maybe they got it right. Let's hope for the best!
