Kill the best performing school and eliminate all grading. Go to full time virtual learning and never take attendance. Make "Gentle Breezes" the Ball High Mascot and mandate that the football team win no more than 50% of their games (so other teams can feel "equal"). That way everyone can be equally mediocre and no one will have to worry about high expectations. Until they graduate, that is.
