With many people spending more time than ever with their pets this year, more snacks also are being shared with our furry friends.

While we want to reward them for their companionship, it’s important not to overdo it, so they don’t gain the canine or feline equivalent of the “quarantine 15.”

Another one dogs love - get a box of Jiffy corn muffin mix and a package of liver. Put the liver in the blender and liquify it, add the mix. Pour it into a baking pan and bake it like you would cornbread. Do this on a day when you can open up the windows because it smells disgusting.
