The Galveston Ministerial Association will sponsor its Community Service of Gratitude at 4 p.m. Sunday at Galveston’s Trinity Episcopal Church, 2216 Ball St.

Congregations throughout our island will briefly offer prayers and share readings that they enjoy and use to express their gratitude, publicist Jo Bremer told Faith Focus. Light refreshments will be provided by Congregation B’nai Israel and Trinity Episcopal at the reception to follow the service.
