Students and staff at Fanfare Lutheran Music Academy, 2415 Winnie St. in Galveston, haven’t allowed COVID-19 to slow them down.

Along with Executive Director June Collins Pulliam and Edward Salinas, who teaches piano, guitar and music theory and leads the school’s rock band, the school and students are preparing for its inaugural summer virtual music and dance camp, which runs Monday through July 30.

I know these instructors first hand. They are all fabulous musicians. The Lutheran Music Academy is one of many treasures Galveston Island has to offer!
