Galveston will be live in living color as the island’s premier juried fine arts festival, ARToberFEST, takes over the city’s historic downtown cultural arts district featuring an open air gallery bursting with color and culture.

The 22nd annual festival will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday on Postoffice Street between 20th and 23rd streets in Galveston.
