On the burner: Breakfast and brunch enthusiasts soon will have a new reason to rise, shine and dine. Franchisee Akash Patel plans a December opening of The Toasted Yolk Café at Pinnacle Park, Interstate 45 and Big League Dreams Parkway in League City.

The Toasted Yolk Café will move into a 6,100-square-foot space, filling a significant part of the 10,000-square-foot building briefly occupied by Olympia Grill, which closed last year. James Brockway and Daniel Mueller of Brockway Commercial represented landlord Pinnacle Park, a mixed-use development anchored by outdoor-activity retailer Cabela’s and home to eateries Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurant, Salata, Kabuki Grill, Black Bear Diner, Coco Crepes and Little Bella Mia.
