On tap: The craft beer craze of recent years has inspired a flight of new entrepreneurs across Galveston County. But few of those are women. Teffeny Caruso is out to change that.

Caruso, who with her husband, Frank, owns Hubcap Grill in downtown Galveston, during the early days of the pandemic began thinking about ways to drive business. She decided Hubcap Grill, 2021 Strand St., which serves craft beer, should make and serve its own, too.
