Sometimes, it’s nice to be reminded of things we already know. According to a survey of 409 visitors to Galveston, hotel staffers here offer a high level of service and are trained well.

This is one of myriad findings in a market research study commissioned by the Galveston Island Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB). The study began in September 2018 and wrapped up in August. Tennessee-based Gray Research Solutions conducted the research.
