A video recording of a Jan. 28 Galveston City Council meeting has been restored to the city's public access website.

The video had been pulled from the website last week after complaints over a YouTube video that was shown at the very end of the meeting.

The video also led to accusations of scapegoating between some city council members.

You can watch the full meeting, which was called to discuss the island's land development regulations, below. The controversial YouTube video begins playing about 256 minutes into the recording.
