GALVESTON — Services for Odell Freeman of Galveston will be held Thursday, November 5, 2009, at Sanford’s Temple Church of God in Christ, 5508 Phillips Sr. in Texas City with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m., followed by services 11:00 a.m. Born is Shreveport, Louisiana, he was a longtime resident of Galveston County.
Preceded in death by her parents, Edward, Sr. and Pearl Elias Freeman; and siblings, Edward, Jr., Herman, Joseph, Xavier and Gloria Jean; he leaves to cherish his memories his children Jackie Jackson, Roderick Freeman and Quonzel Poydras; brothers and sister, John (Shirley), James (Joan), Ida Mae Spells; sister-in-law, Diane Freeman; other family members and special friends.
