Employees of  Specialties Inc., are working at Kermit Courville Stadium in Galveston with hopes of having new aluminum seating in place for football season.

In June, the Galveston Independent School District´s board of trustees approved spending more than $77,000 to make repairs to seating at the 66-year-old Stadium.

Workers will replace sections of seating on both the home and visitor sides with aluminum seating.
