FRIENDSWOOD – The Friendswood Mustangs baseball team will continue its march toward a state title when they take on the Brenham Cubs at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Katy High School, where all games in the best-of-three series will be played.

Game 2 is at 5:30 p.m. Friday, and Game 3, if necessary, will follow 30 minutes after Game 2.

The Mustangs (20-14) defeated Santa Fe, two games to one, for the chance to face Brenham (29-10) in the Region III-4A final.
