Ball High 4, Boerne Champion 3

DEER PARK – The Ball High Tors beat Boerne Champion, 4-3, on Friday behind both the bat and the arm of Mario Reyes.

Reyes racked up two RBIs on two hits, including a home run in the second inning and a single in the sixth inning.

Deer Park 13, Ball High 3

DEER PARK – The Ball High Tors lost to the Deer on Friday.

Baine Schoenvogel had two hits, scored a run and batted in a run for the Tors, who were held to six hits in the game.

David Hernandez scored for the Tors, as did Brandon Enriquez.

The Tors dropped to 2-3 on the season.

Clear Creek 13, Kingwood 6

KINGWOOD – The Wildcats jumped out to an early lead and held on for the win Thursday.

A two-run single by Trevor Pardo, a walk by Sean Kelly, a passed ball, and an RBI single by Michael Rohland during the first inning, and a two-run home run by Harrison Hill in the second inning fueled the Wildcats’s offense early.

Hill racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Wildcats.

Foster 6, Clear Springs 5

SANTA FE – Clear Springs dropped a 1-run game to Foster High School on Friday in the Santa Fe tournament.

Blake Chisolm was hot from the plate for Chargers.

Blake went 1-3 and scored two runs. He doubled in the fifth inning.

Alvin 2, Clear Falls 0

ALVIN – Chris Brandli allowed just two runs on Saturday at Alvin High School, but the Clear Falls Knights couldn’t get the offense going in aloss to Alvin.

Foster 9, Clear Falls 4

ALVIN – Shawn Miller did all he could to give Clear Falls a boost, but it wasn’t enough to get past Foster, as the Knights lost in seven innings at Alvin High School on Saturday.

Miller had three extra-base hits for the Knights.

Dickinson 5, Houston Christian 5

ALIEF – The Dickinson Gators scored a run in the bottom of the sixth inning Saturday to tie Houston Christian in the Alief ISD tournament.

Joey Silvas had two hits and three RBIs.

Clements 4, Santa Fe 1

SANTA FE – Yadir Muniz did his best to change the outcome, but he couldn’t lead the Santa Fe Indians past Clements in the Santa Fe Tournament on Saturday.

Muniz gave up two hits and no runs, pitching the last three innings of the game in relief.

Cy-Creek 4, Clear Creek 2

LEAGUE CITY – Cy-Creek scored three runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to beat the Wildcats in the CCISD Tournament.

Landon Etzel went 2 for 3 with a walk and an RBI.

Nederland 6, Clear Springs 5

LEAGUE CITY – Nederland outlasted Clear Springs on Saturday in the CCISD Tournament.

Alex Hohlt had two RBIs for the Chargers, and Jacob Vasquez, Matt Currie and Blake Chisolm each had a pair of hits.

Clear Brook 5, Texas City 2

LA PORTE – Clear Brook score three runs in the fourth inning and two in the fifth to beat the Stings on Saturday in the La Porte Tournament.

Brandon Galvan led the Stings with two hits and an RBI.

Dickinson 10, Alief Taylor 2

ALIEF – The Gators scored in five of the first six innings on their way to a dominating win against Alief Taylor on saturday in the Alief ISD Tournament.

Travis Spruiell went 3 for 3 with a walk and two RBIs. He also scored three times.

Logan Alexander, Joey Silvas and Pierce Hollister each had two hits.

Pearland 5, Clear Springs 0

ALVIN – The Clear Springs Chargers were shut out in a loss to Pearland on Saturday in the First Pitch Tournament.

Jacob vasquez had two hits for the Chargers.

Palacios 8, Hitchcock 1

HITCHCOCK – Palacios scored four runs in the first inning on their way to a win over the Bulldogs on Saturday in the Bulldog Bash Tournament.

Michael Parker went 2 for 3 for the Bulldogs.

Santa Fe 5, Angleton 0

SANTA FE – Three Indians pitchers combined for a shutout victory on Saturday in the Santa Fe Tournament.

Jordan Gunter pitched three innings, Ty Neumann 11/3 innings and Preston Plovanich 22/3 in the win.

St. Pius 8, Clear Creek 7

LEAGUE CITY – Clear Creek dropped a heart-breaker to St. Pius on Saturday in the CCISD Tournament.

The Wildcats scored five runs in the first, but couldn’t hold on as St. Pius answered with three in the bottom of the first, and scored two runs in the fourth and fifth innings for the come-from-behind win.

Clear Falls 14, CC Flour Bluff 5

LEAGUE CITY – The Clear Falls Knights jumped out to an early lead on Corpus Christi Flour Bluff and captured a 14-5 victory on Friday at CCISD Tournament.

Ten runs in the first three innings allowed the Knights to put the game away early.

Misty Muniz got the win, allowing one run on two hits in four innings.

Clear Falls 15, North Shore 2

LEAGUE CITY – The Knights scored early and often to against North Shore on Friday at CCISD Tournament, resulting in a 15-2 win.

An RBI single by Brooke Wilhite, an RBI double by Amber Pufal, an error, and an RBI single by Madison Demers during the first inning, and an RBI double by Tori Hatten and an RBI double by Taylor Troutt in the second inning supplied the early offense for the Knights.

Clear Falls 6, Vidor 2

LEAGUE CITY – Amber Pufal went 2-3 and hit a home run as the Clear Falls Knights beat Vidor in five innings at CCISD Tournament on Saturday.

Pufal homered in the second inning and singled in the third inning.

Corrie Patrick got the win for the Knights, allowing two runs over five innings.

East Chambers 7, Hitchcock 5

WINNIE – The Hitchcock Lady Bulldogs lost in seven innings to East Chambers on Saturday, despite outhitting their opponent, nine to five.

Cortney Sandejas had two extra-base hits for the Lady Bulldogs. She tripled in the first inning, doubled in the third inning and singled in the fifth inning.

Clear Creek 11, Flour Bluff 5

LEAGUE CITY – Flour Bluff didn’t put up much of a fight on Saturday as the Clear Creek Wildcats cruised to a blowout win in six innings in the CCISD Tournament.

The Wildcats scored five runs in the fourth on an error, an RBI single by Kalyn Ramber, a two-run triple by Kaitlyn Bertot and an error.
