I write today in strong support of Judge Kerri Foley’s candidacy for Judge of County Court No. 3. I’d like you and your readers to know that Judge Foley is the most experienced, trustworthy and qualified candidate for the office.
Foley is the best person for the job. I offer this opinion from a unique perspective: As a member of the City Council in League City and as a citizen who frequently interacts with League City’s finest, I’ve interfaced with her court on a number of occasions. My observation has always been the same: She consistently performed her duty with integrity, honor and devotion to the rule of law. From my position on council, I can attest to the fact that she ran League City’s courts efficiently and without incident for 11 years.
Foley was appointed to her current position because county officials know what I know: She is honest, fair, well-qualified and extremely hard working.
Not only that, Foley is the best choice for another reason: She has experience in family, criminal and civil law, areas over which the court exercises jurisdiction.
For these reasons, I hope your readers will join me in voting for Foley for Judge of Galveston County Court No. 3.
