In November, I questioned whether President Barack Obama was the biggest liar or the most inept in presidential history. I now know that he’s both.
He has received the liar of the year award for the lies he told to the American people about ObamaCare. Remember when he said that you could keep your doctor and insurance if you like them? How about when he and Hillary Clinton stood before the American people and for weeks blamed an anti-Muslim video for the attack on the consulate in Benghazi that left our ambassador and three other Americans dead? Another lie.
On Tuesday, I suffered through President Obama’s State of the Union speech. I had no great expectations, and he didn’t surprise me. I heard nothing but more bloviating that President Obama is famous for. There were no apologies for the lies he told to win an election, or our horrible economy after five years. How about the fact that in December, there were fewer workers entering the job force than workers who dropped out and are no longer even looking for a job, the lowest recruitment rate in four decades?
He bragged that ObamaCare had signed up 3 million people, but failed to mention that more than 5 million people had their policies canceled because of ObamaCare.
The truth is that the president offers nothing that would give the American people any hope for their future.
