I see that Texas' oldest newspaper with the oldest news has made new inroads in the realm of the absurd. This newspaper, as most liberal newspapers, has never worried about protecting someone's identity unless that revelation might cost you some advertising.

Now one of your employees is suing Trinity Episcopal School and you refuse to identify her to protect her son ("Lawsuit claims racist bullying at Trinity Episcopal," The Daily News, May 17).

Just how stupid do you think the citizens of Galveston County really are? Never mind, stupid question. It is obvious what you think.

Editor's note: In actual fact, The Daily News is five installments into a series about bullying in which the names of young people who say they have been bullied were withheld, in exactly the same way as in the case mentioned above.

If the editors want to know how stupid we are, all they have to do is read the comments on their web-site.

Hahahahahaha! Good one, Cary. [wink]
