The Hitchcock Juneteenth Parade lineup is at 9 a.m. today. The parade will start at 10 a.m. and travel from Greater St. Matthew’s Baptist Church, 6333 state Highway 6, to Stringfellow Orchards, 7902 state Highway 6.

Immediately after the parade there will be food served for 250 guests. There will also be another food vendor on site to purchase food.

Abraham Lincoln will speak at noon. Harriet Tubman will speak at 12:30 p.m., and Frederick Douglass will speak at 1 p.m.

The re-enactors will be available for pictures.
