The Finance Committee has a point

    I suppose its really none of my business as I do not live on the island anymore, but to my mind being behind on bank reconciliations is a very big red flag. It looks to me like the city should bring in some outside auditors. How did the Finance Committee allow this situation to develop? The kind of mess described in this article does not happen overnight.
