You may not want to kill your mice but your mice can kill you. Dried mouse pee spreads a Hantavirus. The fleas they harbor can spread several ugly diseases. Are you protecting your friends and family by warning them away from your house?

Have the same problem and didn’t want to kill them either. Thought it was one but it was several. The no kill traps didn’t seem to entice them and they got out of two type of no kill traps (they are fast, thin, and strong!). Ended up killing 4 after switching the traps and still have one who has become very smart and manages to get the trap food without setting off the traps, so I agree, they are smart.

If you don't wish to kill them, you will continue to have a problem. Capture and release sounds nice but you are passing your problems to someone else. I suggest you hire a professional and relay your wishes not to have the varmints killed.
