Eugene Hayes, 61, was born November 1, 1954 to Edward Hayes and Addie Hayes-Blanks in Galveston, TX. He passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2016 at Mainland Medical Center Hospital Texas City, TX.

Eugene was a former resident of Dickinson, TX. He was well known for working odd jobs. He was a quiet person but he was a stranger to no one.

Eugene is preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Rondley Randall and a brother, Allen Hayes. He is survived by his sisters, Gloria Mickens of Hitchcock, TX and Velores (Kenneth) Jones of Houston, TX; nephews, Kevin Wright of Humble, TX and Kenneth Wright of Houston, TX: niece, Nicole Jones of Houston, TX; aunt, Erna Lee Murphy of Hitchcock, TX and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial Services are being held Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Bay Area Funeral Directors 5410 FM 1765 Texas City, TX 77591. The family will meet guests following the services in the Banquet Room of the Funeral Home.
