Deborah Jeanne (“Debbi Lou”) Jolliffe passed away on May 4, 2017 at her home in La Marque, TX due to a brief illness. Deborah was 57 years young. Deborah was born on August 29, 1959 in Rockford, IL. She graduated from Boylan High School in Rockford.

Debbie was a devout Catholic with a kind, devoted and giving heart. She loved to make people laugh and never met a stranger. She loved to barbecue, fish and camp with friends and family while making memories.

Debbie was preceded in death by: her grandparents; her parents, John Reynolds and Barbara Davidson and son, Cody Jolliffe.

Debbie was a proud employee of Batterson Construction. She considered her co-workers her second family.

Debbie is survived by: her brothers, David Reynolds (Barb), Mike Reynolds and Greg Reynolds (Kathleen); her sister, Diane Knight (Don); a very dear friend she called “Sis”, Marie Crisp; aunts, Pat Stroup, Margie Ambrosia (Bill), Clara McClean (Cliff); uncle, Chuck Rudd (Mary) and a host of cousins, nephews, nieces along with many other family members.

A public visitation is scheduled on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 2:00 pm followed by a Celebration of her Life at 3:00 pm. A repass will follow the Life Celebration. All events will be held at Bay Area Funeral Directors, 5410 FM 1765 Texas City, TX 77591. Memorials can also be sent to the funeral home.
