The Galveston County Sheriff’s Office arrested 13 people this week on outstanding felony warrants, part of a countywide round up, deputies said.
U.S. Marshals assisted deputies during the roundup, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.
Charges against the 13 county residents arrested range from felony theft to aggravated assault.
David Shahan LaFleur of League City — felony theft and probation violation, $50,000 bond;
James Anthony Giessinger of San Leon — failure to register as a sex offender, $40,000 bond;
James Matthew Hanchey of Friendswood — fraud, possession of a controlled substance, $5,000 bond;
Timothy Wayne Robertson of League City — felony theft, $40,000 bond;
Darius Jerrod Dotson of Hitchcock — assault of a family member, $5,000 bond;
Chukuma Augustine Holmes of La Marque — burglary of a habitation, $30,000 bond;
Khamya Lanaye Kennedy of La Marque — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, $50,000 bond;
Michael Brent Sewell of Bayou Vista — out-of-county warrant, bond denied;
Ashley Nicole Garner of La Marque — felony driving while intoxicated, $20,000 bond;
Davey De La Fuente Zamora of Santa Fe — felony theft, $1,000 bond;
Edward Allen McKinney of Santa Fe — $20,000 bond;
