FRIENDSWOOD – A man was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver Friday in Webster, police said.

Friendswood police were monitoring the apartment of John Kenneth Robicheaux, 34, at the Baybrook Village Apartments in the 2800 block of Bay Area Boulevard when Robicheaux left his residence.

Officers approached Robicheaux and walked him back to his apartment. Robicheaux gave police his keys, and officers confiscated $3,295 in cash, 34.9 grams of Suboxone and more than 500 doses of other prescription medication while searching the apartment, police said.
